Leadership In Medical Education (LIME)

The Jockey Club Institute for Medical Education and Development (JCIMED) of Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (HKAM) is dedicated to advancing medical education through innovative programs and research, JCIMED has developed Leadership in Medication Education, a comprehensive course designed to enhance leadership skills in medical education.

The Leadership in Medical Education Course focuses on equipping participants with the necessary tools and frameworks to implement effective Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME). By integrating various leadership theories and practical application, the course aims to foster a new generation of leaders in medical education.
