Organ Donation Training Course

Organ Donation Training Course is co-organized by JCIMED (HKAM) and the Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (AIC CUHK).

This programme aims to enhance comprehensive understanding of organ donation, equip healthcare professionals with communication and ethical skills, provide practical training for donor identification and management, foster interdiscuplinary collaboration, and support sustainable organ donation programmes.

Organ Donation Training Course will be scheduled as follows:

For doctors only, especially from internal Medicine (cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Neurology), Intensive Care Medicine, Neurosurgery, with possible inclusion of A&E and Pediatrics                

  • Tier one course (Awareness) - 4 Nov 2026 (half-day, 0900-1300 and /or 1400-1800)
  • For Doctors, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals (All Specialties)

Please complete the application form and submit it on or before 3 Oct 2026.

  • Tier two course (Practical): HK$1,400 per person
  • Tier one course (Awareness): HK$600 per person

The fee paid will be refunded to those who succesfully complete the training.
